Details I work with leaders and organisations to build their capabilities to collaborate and engage, across their organisations, with other organisations/stakeholders, and with their communities of interest. Working as a coach, facilitator, process designer, trainer and strategic advisor, my approach is to work with people where they are at, understand their unique, and not so unique, challenges, and to co-create new ways of responding to those challenges. Appreciative Inquiry informs just about everything I do. For me one of the most powerful aspects of AI is the principle of simultaneity; seeing the system starting to shift as soon as the enquiry begins. I have been very fortunate to undertake extensive professional development in the United States with the Corporation for Positive Change, including an intensive 4 day course learning how to design and facilitate an Appreciative Inquiry Summit.
